This weekend went so fast! We had a garage sale Saturday morning. Scott's parents came up Fri to help us. They also provided some of the inventory for the yard sale. We got up at 4:30 so we could have it all ready by 7 a.m. We got rid of quite a bit, but still have some items left. We will donate the items to a thrift store our church helps sponsor.
Sunday we went to church. I am now an official member of Bethany Lutheran Church. This is the second church I have belonged to. They had a special introduction of new members at the beginning of the service.
Then we went boating with some church friends. We went to Hillsdale Lake. Not really sure where it was, I was a passenger. It is on the Kansas side and South of Overland Park. We took turns tubing. Man are our arms sore. We had a blast and then ended the evening with some good BBQ.
